Introducing Gonz from Down North Camp Tokyo. Down North Camp is a Japanese Hip Hop group that started in 00’s in Tokyo.
Signed to indie label Dogear Records, the group consists of many members, usually around 15 – 20 people. They supply a fresh and raw sound to the Tokyo underground refugees. Among them is Gonz – a central figure who has a very eclectic style encompassing Reggae, Dub, African, Soul, Funk, and ethnic music, and of course Hip Hop.
Sadisco meets Gonz, representing Japan’s underground. Kicks off at 13:00 Irish time, Sunday, 26th November.
